The following terms and condition(the conditions)are the terms on which astonesthrowaway.co.uk sells advertising space featured on the internet on the web site called astonesthrowaway.co.uk (the web site) and supersedes all other terms and conditions relating to the subject matter of these conditions. the company will act at all times under the guildance and regulations imposed by governing and regulatory bodies and all statutory guidelines governing the provision, publication and distribution of information and commercial promotion in force at this time and in doing so reserve the right to refuse to accept information provided by the client for inclusion within the service and to amend such information accordingly prior to display. Should the client not provide complete details to be included in the frame at the time of signing this contract, such details must be received by the company within 10 (ten)days of such signature.Failing safe receipt of such information the company will prepare and display a frame at their absolute discretion based on the information available at that time.Whilst every effort will be made to reproduce the frame details to the specifications submitted by the client, this is subject to technical limitions and in creating the frame priority will be given to text information at all times.The company cannot at any time or under any circumstances be held responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by the client for inclusion within the service which is the sole responsibility of the client and the client hereby agrees to indemnify the company and the service provider against any action of whatever form as a direct or indirect result of any such inaccuracies and the client must insure that the information submitted contains no defamatory material ant that the inclusion of such information in the service will not violate or infringe upon the copy right rights, privacy rights, property rights, proprietary rights or any other rights of any third party whatsoever.The company reserves the right to determine which geographical headings will be made available within the service.This agreement takes affect once signed by the client and the agent or employee of the company.However, the display period will commence only once the frame is on display within the service and available for access by the viewer the client further accepts and understands that this agreement legally binds all parties to the terms and conditions contained herein and furthermore accepts that the company will agree to any later request to cancel this agreement.The company hereby undertakes to provide reasonable amendments to the client frame a maximum of 3 (three) times in any 12 (twelve)month period without charge.Any further amendments required will be subject to a nominal charge which the client will be advised of prior to any such amendments being carried out.All subscription fees for display periods on the service must be pre-paid, no orders or subsequent order can be processed under any circumstances without such payment.Cheques must only be payable to robert mc bride In order to maintain adequate levels of choice among the service, professions and trades represented on the service and so satisfy the requirements of the viewer comprehensively, the company cannot under any circumstances restrict or limit the number of companies represented on the service in any business category, in any geographic area in any way and no such restrictions and/or limitations of any kind or nature exist.No guarantee of any kind can be given or is authorised to be given by any agent employee or representative of the company to the effect that any such element of exclusivity can be arranged at this time for any period hereinafter or at any time in the future and the company reserves the right to freely market the service accordingly.The client further agrees and accepts that no guarantees of any kind can be offered as to the results of this marketing exercise.In the interests of client confidentiality,system management and data protection laws, the company undertakes never to disclose the client information to potential clients for the purposes of testimonial without having first received in writing the expressed permission of the client to do so.In the interests of service integrity, upon receipt of persistent justified complaints about the service and/or products provided by the client after having first afforded the client fair opportunity to answer such complaints, the company reserves the right to terminate the display period and refund the client the remainder of the subscription fee less necessary reasonable administration costs. The parties hereto hereby agree and declare that this contract is subject to english law and that the only terms and conditions which apply to this agreement are those which appear on the face of this agreement document (including any added or adjusted by hand by the representative or agent of the company providing they appear on all copies of this document) and that no other terms and conditions bind either party to this contract or affect or alter said terms and conditions in any way and hereby submit on these terms and these terms alone to the jurisdiction of the english courts.
